1. Reception Volunteers (2) need in July - organize food - contact Lions Club for outdoor activities
2. Marketing and Press Releases; (1) email blasts, and local papers Minnesota Monthly June PR
3. Post Card Design/ Poster Design/ Post Card Droppers (2) Bill Nagel design volunteer – droppers June 2
4. Brainstorming and Archival Information reading and selecting - Members (3).,
5. Theatre Group ideas and volunteers (3)
6. Liaison with History Center (1)
7. Grant writer due soon. (1 ) Meet after committee formed

March Madness -

1. Need Gallery Sitters; Please find the calendar on the website http://www.robbingallery.org; under member resources, calendar. Sign up sheet on calendar. Posted daily.
2. Need Hostess's - organize for snacks and drinks. Welcome guests, and attend reception.
3. Mailing: Hard copy Submission Forms March Madness and Ballots for Election of Officers (3-4)
4. Label and stuff envelopes. Take mailing to post office. Stuffing Feb 13th - at the gallery. Mailed by Feb 14th.
